Last week I shared how I found a Train Picture that came in this amazing raised frame and I really need to paint and fix it up for my little guy. I took a quick photo of it to show you. Sometimes I don’t like to bother Darryl to take one little photo.
I’m not sure what color I am going to paint it yet. My color choices are white, an antique white, dark blue, or dark green. What do you think? I’m open to thoughts…
The reason I like the photo so much because of the raised frame it came in, but also it partly looks like a painting/ actual photograph. You would think being married to a photographer I would like for every bit of art in the house to be a photo. Actually no. I really like a mix of art and different types of things on our walls. For $6.99 it was coming home with me. My son loves it!! But what little boy doesn’t love trains at one point?
Let me know what color you think I should paint it? Happy Friday…

What a gorgeous picture. I can see why you snapped it up. What about high gloss red? It would definitely be a statement. I also like the idea of green. I think the whites might just be to matchy with the background of the picture. Can’t wait to see the finished product…Carol

Yes, I was really thinking of red to bring the red out from the train. I haven’t yet started on finishing his room yet, so I have some decisions to make.
Thanks!!!
