Thank You Ikea Canada!

This past fall and now full swing into winter has just gone by too quickly. Before we get too close to spring there is a VERY OVER DUE  Thank you that I need to address!

This past fall Darryl and I attended our Design and Lifestyle West Blend Party while we were in Vancouver for the week for the Vancouver Design Show in September. Our Event was held at the  St. Regis Hotel down in Vancouver, and once again sponsored by Ikea.  We love Ikea and the St. Regis Hotel.

We have some fabulous people in our Design and Life style Group  (know as Design & lifestyle Blogger West) from all walks of Creativity.  Photographers, designers, shop owners, esty owners, Graphic artists, bloggers, etc.  Our coordinators were  Karla, Victoria, Barbara, Nancy, and Danielle! They  have worked for a second time planning  this past years Blend Party.  Last Year I was honoured to be able to interview the Most Talented Kelly Deck!  As well as Darryl won the Ikea $1000 gift card!  Wowzers….   I was thrilled, because his win was my win also!

This Years party was once sponsored by the most Fabulous Ikea Canada!!!!!  Thank you Ikea.

This year there was another $1000 gift card up for grabs!  I couldn’t believe it myself, but I won it!  I was thrilled!

We felt very Blessed that weekend, and as always will make the most and spend the gift card to the best of our abilities.  We have made some purchases a few months back and I’ll share our plans with the winnings later this winter.  We  have some custom ideas in mind as usual, but I will give you a hint.

Think Storage.  Very over due storage.

Oh and  some of you have a rubber ducky in this space.  Of course that hint gives it away, so any  Takers on what we’ve purchased?

Just wanted to say a very Public Thank you to Ikea, and everyone who made that night possible, we love you all.
