Renovate or Relocate? We decided to renovate! However when we talked about "Starting the Train" of a major renovation we were stopped by the question, whom can we trust? Jodi came to us recommended by family. This was our experience with Jodi @ Simply Inspired Design: she listened rather than imposing views;  she also gave advise and offered options. She did the necessary research and demonstrated that she knew what the word budget means. We found that one of Jodi's strengths was to focus on vision (what are the end results/feeling we are looking for?). And since we were essentially doing a complete residential make-over, Jodi helped us picture and then bring to reality the "feel" of our space from entry point and throughout our home. Understanding colour, flow and mood are Jodi's definite strengths. We began working with Jodi in May  2012. As I write this testimonial, we are moving into the 2012 Christmas Season. The heavy lifting of the major renovation is complete. We are now filling in the soft touches: window coverings, area rugs and so forth and anticipate engaging Jodi into 2013 as we further "trick out" the space. The transformation of our space has been amazing and we love it. We had our home listed "For Sale" with an excellent realtor, but the photo's were totally disappointing. As an owner-builder home it had many extra design features along with a spectacular view from both decks and most rooms inside. To rectify this problem, Jodi came in, de-cluttered, redecorated & staged our home. Her special touch truly transformed our home.
