It seems that school is in full swing here in Canada and I’m feeling a little torn on the whole idea. Don’t get me wrong, I’m okay saying good-bye to the bickering between my two kids when they’ve had enough of each other, and our summer schedule has been really busy at the same time. Darryl and I really miss Summer when it’s fully over, but what we miss the most is relaxing in our yard, barbecuing up the next creation from yours truly, waking up to no alarm, and playing in the sand at the beach. What are you going to miss the most?
Summer is by no means over yet, but to give you something to look forward to I ‘ve got a great event that you won’t want to miss out on.
Two of my fellow bloggers Lily and Rachael ( who are also apart of Design and Life Style Blogger West with Darryl and I, and they are the business owners of the blog and fantastic Etsy shop Birch and Bird. They have teamed up with Bakerview EcoDairy to bring you a fabulous European – style outdoor market in the Valley. The day will be filled with tons of amazing vintage finds, local talent and tastes coming from 49 vendors , activities for the kids, and no doubt a really great experience.
This event is for you if:
- You love vintage items and secretly want more and
Hoard themlike to collect them. - Love hanging around in a field.
- The thought of meeting some talented people excites you!
- Love fresh air and can’t get enough of it.
- You don’t presently have plans for the 24th of September.
- Like to try new things like an outdoor market. I have to admit that I haven’t ever been to an outdoor market like this one, so I’m super excited to see what it brings!

I’m soooooooooooooooooo excited for this even. I’ve already told everyone i know that i’m not doing anything that day and if they want to come they can but i’m going 100% no if ands or butts about it = )
