Wow, can you believe it’s already February? It feels like I just removed my Christmas tree from my kitchen, and now pretty soon it will be Valentines Day! You know I have a dirty little secret… Can you believe that I still have my dried up Christmas tree sitting on my balcony? Yep. Not something that I am very proud of, but the weekend that we were all ready to go get it chipped, Darryl got really sick and that was the end of that. I must deal with it this weekend!! Priorities right?
The words Classic and Timeless have been mulling around in my head for the last year. They are so much a part of my personal style and really my business style when comes to pulling together a room for a client.
When you think of timeless, what comes into your head?
May be like this room?
A Simple sofa and tufted ottoman. Walls are kept serene, and the drapery falls gently next to the wall.
White sheets are definitely a classic. The added stripes in the soft grey add that touch of hotel richness but they still remain very versatile.
Black and white tiles will always be classic, no matter what you pair them with. Not sure if I would want to keep this floor clean?
Whether your style is classic, trendy, retro, or country, it’s important to always remember that creating a space that is timeless, but still holds a lot of your personal style. Then by filling it with the objects, art and all the pieces that you love will you love coming home each and every day!

Isn’t that funny. I am still seeing Christmas trees lying around, you’re not the only one. I would put myself into the classic type, probably why my favorite colors are black and white. Hmmm
