A Townhome Renovation: The Afters.

I want to share part of  a project that I worked on this past summer.  I spoke about this Town home Here,  and Here.   I met this wonderful Couple through my community and have really enjoyed getting to know them better. That is one of the best parts of my job, having the opportuity to see how Clients slowly open up their home to me and at the same time I get to really help them.  That is GOLD.

This couple had been saving for this renovation for quite sometime and really pondered whether or not to move and buy a new place, but instead decided to make this their home and make it work.  They had their own ideas, but really didn’t feel comfortable moving forward with such an investment at Stake.

After spending some time sitting down with them I found out they wanted a space that was comfortable, a bit of sophistication,  but not too stuffy. I think it was accomplished.  They love their new space.

This couple really wanted a space that they could relax in after a long Day at  work.  A place to have their family over and with every New grandchild they get blessed with, and I guarantee this will be a space that will provide them years of joy.
