I have a little secret Dream. This may happen upon circumstances changing in my family’s life, or just because we want it to happen. I would love to live in a Condo. Not just any condo, a bright, minimalistic space that would be filled with only the things that we love. My dream condo would have an open kitchen that would have streams of light coming into it and when I drank my morning coffee I would look out through my Living room windows and see such amazing views. Every builder basic surface would be touched with the best materials that I could afford, but it would all be simple, uncluttered, and it would be our home. Life would be simple, there would be no yard work, no garage to clean, and less to take of in general.
Designer Joel Bray’s condo was featured in the February issue of House and Home magazine and when I first saw this space I could not get enough of it. The only draw backs to the space is that it is quite small, but he has taken to using every space possible to make one classy, clean and well put together space. In my dream land our condo would be a bit bigger as we have 2 children but the idea behind his condo design I love, love, love.
Sorry I couldn’t figure out how to get the video loaded properly, but the link is there for you to view his amazing space that he created. Enjoy!

Before husband and kids came along I lived in a beautiful condo in downtown Toronto and it was a great time. I”ve been trying to convince the family to move to a penthouse condo for years but they’re not having it:)

I share your dream as well but my husband wouldn’t have it. Wouldn’t it be great to just be able to ditch all the extra work a house demands and go on adventures instead! Umm…yes. I love that apartment too and especially love the built-ins in the master or shall I say, “principle bedroom”.
