To the Market we went: Fieldstone Vintage that is!

You are here: Home / Simply Inspired / To the Market we went: Fieldstone Vintage that is!

September 28, 2011 By Jodi

This past Saturday after my daughters Ballet class we loaded up in the car and drove out to see the Fieldstone Market!  What a success it was!  The rains and Wind held back just for Saturday and the weather could not have been better for all 55 vedors who participated.

We did however make it there a bit later, but when we arrived there were still a huge amount of great vintage items ready for the pickn’. Like these…

Vintage Letters

Vintage mirrors

The first vendor we met up with were Both the highly organized and sweet ladies Lily and Rachel from Birch and Bird!   Rachel was busy manning the tent most of the day and Lily was seen every where handing out amazing looking sandwhiches to all the vendors. What can I say?  I love sandwhiches!

They had a varitey of really great items in their tent up for sale, and I know at the end of the day they must have been pretty empty, and that’s a good thing.

Check out the varitey of great items that we saw.

Stems by Lisa had a really amazing table full of amazng simple arrangments that she creates her self.

These little arrangements are perfect for wedding centerpeices on their own or a variety of them all in a line for a long table?

Hopscotch  – {goods for your home} Noelle was one of the many talented Vendors.  I spoke to her and was able to feel all the amazing creations and pillows and shams that she creates and sells on her site.  Check it out!

Tack wood work & Design  brought some of his amazing Custon wood designs with him.  Very Sleek and stylish!

Colleen from Vintage Home was there gracing her presence with all things Vintage!  Darryl and I had the opportunity to visit  her home in August with our Design & Life style Blogger West group. Her home is filled with an enormous amount of beautiful vintage items and her back yard is just stunning!

Guess who?

??????????

Well it happens to be myself and Carly from Kitchening with carly.

She also graced the fields with her amazing, mouth watering little parisian style macarons!  As my four year old calls them little Burgers! Her table was dressed with all things vintage as well!

My kids made these face masks at the market and they kindly offered to share them for our photo.  The kids had a blast making them and don’t they look adorable?  I know I am biased. One of them is a cow and one a goat.  Can you tell which one is which?

These are some  of the other items that struck Darryl’s interest behind the camera.

I believe my scientist Nephew bought some of these with his allowance?

So that’s the tour of some of the vendors that we visited!  It was a fabulous day outside but the really question is…

Did you go?

My sisters, Mom and i enjoyed our day at the Fieldstone Market, so it was quite neat to see myself in your first photo at the top of this page! I’m the one out of focus in the sundress taking a picture of the same thing! Don’t know how my sister found this page and the fact that i was in it!!! lol
